MARTA “Finish the Connection” Construction Project (Link)

Travelers may experience some delays beginning July 25 along the Holcomb Bridge Road/SR400 interchange area as the City
of Roswell begins adding sidewalks, crosswalks and pedestrian signals to improve pedestrian safety in this area. The work will be done during nonpeak
hours 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or at night. There will be intermittent closures so traffic will be able to move through the area.  Construction is expected to be complete in November, weather permitting.

Night Paving On Highway 9

Night paving is set to begin July 25 on Highway 9/Alpharetta Highway as part of the Midtown Streetscape Project. The project is expected to be completed in 40 days, weather permitting.  The project contractor will begin installation of synthetic asphalt in the center lane from Norcross Street to Mansell Circle. This work will involve temporary lane closures along the corridor as the project progresses.
