WHAT: Advanced Belt Workout (Brown & Black belts) DATE: Saturday, March 21, 2020 TIME: 10:30 am until finished (approx 2-3 hour workout) LOCATION: Roswell Recreation Center gym, 10495 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075Come a little earlier to stretch out and be ready to workout.
